Officially selected by the French Army in 2016 for its exceptional performance, durability, and value, the C.A.C.® has been widely deployed across French military units since 2018. It is the third-generation campaign knife crafted by Tarrerias-Bonjean for the armed forces—more advanced, more robust, and more versatile than its predecessors.

At the core of its power is the Nitrox® steel blade, a nitrogen-enriched stainless steel developed for superior corrosion resistance, edge retention, and flexibility. Enhanced with a PVD coating, the blade excels in harsh, humid, and saline environments. Available in smooth or combination (smooth + serrated) edges, it delivers reliable cutting performance in any situation.

The Marine version is only available with a PA6 handle.

Maintenance Tip: Even though Nitrox® resists corrosion, occasional oiling of the metal parts is recommended in humid or marine environments. For best results, apply thread-locking fluid when adjusting the belt clip screws.
