At the heart of the system is the VYRE™ Extended Coal Maker. More than simply producing heat, it continuously creates fresh coals throughout your cook, giving you complete control over your fire while providing both direct and indirect cooking zones. Instead of chasing heat, you control it.

Surrounding the coal maker is the modular VYRE™ Cage System—a versatile cooking platform designed to adapt to your imagination. Configure it to suit the occasion by hanging whole chickens, pineapples, vegetables or Dutch ovens over the fire, or fit the adjustable cooking grids at different heights to achieve the perfect cooking temperature.

The upper warming grid provides the ideal place to rest steaks, keep food warm or gently finish dishes while the main cooking surfaces remain available for the next course.

Want to cook with pans? Simply position your favourite carbon steel or stainless steel pans directly over the Extended Coal Maker to sear, sauté, simmer or prepare sauces while the rest of your meal cooks around them.
